Steinway Instruments at the Busoni Competition 2019
From August 28th to September 6th, 2019, the finale of the 62nd International Piano Competition Ferruccio Busoni will take place. The Bozener Competition was founded in 1949 to commemorate Busoni’s 25th anniversary of his death, and quickly attracted great attention in the music world. This year the piano competition celebrates its 70th anniversary.
For many years Steinway & Sons has been the exclusive partner of the Busoni competition and congratulates the competition for the anniversary. The Steinway Gallery Brescia equips the stage with two Steinway D-274 grand pianos and provides further grand pianos of the Steinway family. The winners will play at international podiums at the Steinway Prizewinner Concerts.

STEINWAY ED IL CONCORSO BUSONI 2019
Dal 28 Agosto al 6 Settembre avrà luogo la finale del 62° Concorso Pianistico Internazionale F. Busoni a Bolzano. Il Concorso venne fondato nel 1949, in memoria del 25° anniversario della morte di Ferruccio Busoni e trovò subito grande risonanza nel mondo musicale. Quest’anno il Busoni festeggia il suo 70° anniversario.
Steinway & Sons è da anni il partner esclusivo del Concorso Busoni e si congratula per questo giubileo. La Steinway Gallery di Brescia fornirà i due gran coda da concerto D-274 per il palcoscenico ed un numero rilevante di pianoforti a coda della Steinway-Family per le prove. I pianisti premiati suoneranno in seguito su diversi palcoscenici internazionali nell’ambito del programma “Steinway Prizewinner Concert”.
